"This place is horrible! We got nothing but the run around for months! We called to make an appointment for my son in May. They cancelled the appointment the day of and said it could not be rescheduled for 3 months later. My son was in desperate need of medication management. When they did reschedule, they put us with a new provider with only 2 years of experience for a 10 year old and not even an MD and did not mention this while scheduling the new appointment. We then called back, rescheduled with the original doctor which was another 3 months out and when we finally got to the appointment, were told that she was leaving and she could do nothing. This place is a complete joke! When it comes to mental health, they need to learn how to deal with their clients and patients in a more professional manner and learn how to communicate."
"Dr Nichols is wonderful! He explains things well to both parents and teens. Medicine is a tool but the kid is expected to make behavior changes too. He listens and offers practical solutions."

"I had my first session with Casey (Cassandra) this morning and I am so excited to get to work with her. It seems kind of weird to say I am excited for therapy but, we just really vibed well! It’s always a little nerve racking to meet a new therapist and she made me feel so comfortable. She was so validating of my thoughts and feelings. I couldn’t have asked for a better first session!"
"The billing department is terrible! I sent several messages through the portal with regards to my balance and no callbacks. But they did make sure to charge my credit card on file for almost $250. I found out the day of my daughters appointment that the account balance has been auto charged to my card on file. Even though I requested several times a phone call or email to discuss the balance. Turns out the facility was charging me for a denial on a claim that clearly indicated no member responsibility. The day after my daughters most recent appointment they took it upon themselves to charge my credit card another $46 when the claim for her visit hasn’t even been processed and history shows I would only be responsible for around $28. It’s a shame that their billing department runs like this. I am now contemplating switching providers because of it. Poor customer service and people in the billing department obviously don’t know how to read an EOB or appeal denials to adjudicate processing for payment. I don’t care how good a provider is. When you provide poor customer service and your billing department doesn’t know how to read EOBs or appeal claims, you’re going to lose patients!"
