"Just picked up my sweet Ellie Mae and I cannot thank you guys enough! She comes home super happy and not stressed like she has from other places in the past. Roger is so great with her-it makes it stress free for me too! I HAVE to say something about the negative reviews on here.... One phone call to Roger and you will find out yourself how wonderful he is! In the SIX times I have boarded here, I have NEVER witnessed him be anything but helpful. And I have no idea what the other person expects!? My dog is like my child -the last thing I want to worry about is her "roaming during the day". I want her safe in a cage with all of her favorite things i bring her from home (like you are supposed to). Sounds to me like they made their dog a nervous wreck if they were "bursting into tears" and bothered that other dogs were barking. That is so dramatic-lol! Certainly took time to pass a lot of judgement for somebody who sounds super ignorant about boarding facilities. This place is top notch and i am so thankful for them."

"I've never used this facility for boarding and after my brief phone call I never will. I had some questions because I've never boarded my dogs and the man sounded extremely annoyed that I would call to ask questions. I got off the phone as quickly as possible. I don't want to leave my dogs somewhere for a week where someone is annoyed that I would have questions about how they will care for my beloved pets."

"I walked in with my dog and immediately left 2 minutes later after seeing the facility. The nice, older man showed me to the back where they keep the dogs. It was a giant open old warehouse looking space filled with random equipment. There were small dog cages along the back wall with concrete floors. There was no grass, toys, or even space for the dogs to roam during the day besides their small cage. Each dog cage only had an old blanket and dog bowl. I asked if the dogs got to run and play, to which the worker replied “we walk them sometimes”. I burst into tears seeing the conditions and left immediately with my dog. As someone who treats my dog as a part of my family, I couldn’t leave her here. The other dogs wouldn’t stop barking/growling at her, and she was too scared to get in the cage intended for her. I considered this place to board my dog based on the previous google reviews. But now I feel those reviews weren’t accurate as to the conditions of the facility the dogs are subject to. I suppose it depends on the lifestyle your dog is used to and the amount of care, love, and attention you want your dog to have during their boarding. For me, I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog here."

"I was very happy this place opened. I needed a place to bring my foster dogs a couple days a week, and not only did they accommodate them but they made special accommodations for them. Roger was great to us in every way, and since they are associated with the vet I could get checkups done while I was at work! What a win-win. Everyone there loves animals, and it shows."

"Left my sweet Sophie here for 8 nights while I traveled out of state for the birth of my 1st grandchild. Out trip was not scheduled as we just jumped on a plane when our daughter n law was in labor, I was able to drop Sophie off at last minute so we could leave. Sophie had a great experience here. For the first time upon picking her up she was happy, she was clean, her belongings were clean and well maintained. I feel super excited about having her personal Vet Dr Wallace owning the kennel. After trying several kennels in the area this was by far our best experience! We will definitely use them again and refer all of our friends."
