"I was here for blood work, I was checked in quickly, and had minimal wait. Rebecca “Becca” drew my specimen for me, she was quick, painless and pleasant to deal with. Hopefully, yall can catch her when you need anything done here regarding lab work!"

"Had a great experience when i needed it the most. I had a short wait time before the nurse came for me. The nurse and doctor were very attentive to me, helped me with my injury, and answered all my questions before i left. i hope i dont need their services again but if i do, i feel very comfortable coming here."

"There is no consistency with this location. Some days I walk in and they tell me it’s appointment only and some days it’s walk in. For an immediate care as big as Northwestern, one would expect consistency. It’s unfair when I walk in sick thinking it’s walk in only to be told, well today we are appointment only. That’s not fair to your patients who expect the same regardless of the day of the week. NW, get your self together and stop picking and choosing the type of care you give your patients. If I wanted to wait for an appt when I’m sick, I would call my PCP, not go to an immediate care."

"I had some concerns about this location seeing the rating on Google. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and care. We went to the location because our toddler daughter had a cold and developed difficulty breathing. Everyone at the location from the receptions, support staff, nurses and Doctor Gutierrez were plesent and helpful. The wait time was around an hour when we arrived. I was glad to find an immediate care center open after 4pm. We ended up needing to go to CDH for further treatment and monitoring. I will consider using this location for future needs. Thank you all for the help."

"If I could give this location a 0 star I would. The doctor had terrible bed side manner. My grandma came in for a fall. This doctor proceeded to poke into her side while she screamed stop. The doctor wouldn't stop until my grandma was in tears. She then said that they couldn't do anything. Not even x-rays. We then were told to go to the nearest ER. We got to the ER and they told us the doctor still had not discharged her. I then called and asked to speak with the office manger and was told that she'd have to call me back later because she was having her baby shower in back. Shame on this this urgent care! Don't go here if you actually want to be treated by competent healthcare professionals!"
