"DO NOT go here unless you have ALL DAY to waste. 10am appointment, still not seen by 10:30am, asked when will my daughter be seen and I get told another 20 minutes. So hopefully will FINALLY be seen 50 minutes AFTER her original appointment time and we were 5 minutes EARLY. Absolutely ridiculous, disgusting disregard for patients time and I’m NEVER coming back here EVER AGAIN!!!!"

"Horrible customer service. Called to schedule with Dr. Davis a few months ago and they said my insurance would cover as long as my neurosurgeon put in the referral. I had to call the office to make sure the referral was good and they told me the day before my appt (which I had to wait a month and a half for) that insurance won't cover it. Then they wouldn't let me schedule another appointment until I had me new insurance information. Fine. I called a few days after my new insurance was effective to make another appointment and I have yet to get a call back. It's been close to a week now. I received a call back from Northwestern the same day."
"Won’t give P.D. after paying for eye exam and also paying for other eye treatment that was supposed be apart of the exam. I was that treatment or test supposed to be paid because insurance won’t cover it. Then why tell me it is apart treatment then.The people try to get me comeback when covid-19 was still new. I told one of lady desk check in clients did not understand no for they would give me my P.D. (Pupil distance). She told does not know what that is. I was like what? and told what it is and she still can’t give me that. I told her that I do not need another appointment I just need exam and get glasses. Hey wanted me to come back in 3 weeks and a lot lock downs we’re going on. Their guy was not there to do his job for supposedly he was off. The place here has a team not one of them has another person take his place temporarily to help the client pick out glasses. She told if I come back with the bill I paid I could get discount. I told her no for I needed glasses pick out today my eyes won’t stop hurting. The Eye doctor did good but staff stink and bad owner running the business. I know I needed updated glasses and not long ride for company that just want my money when its patient care first and not treat them like a client number and lie about uncovered treatments or test. I was told by one of the assistant there that it was needed when it was in fact not. The goal was to get more money. I went somewhere else paid for glasses and got my P.D. Go somewhere else. Come here for specialist and don’t glasses here for they won’t give P.D. even after paying for test exam and treatment. Why should I buy glasses from you if you got paid already and won’t give me my P.D. 2 stars for doctor and zero for the rest. This place will give you run around for what you already paid for. Research for what a P.D. Is and you will see why someplace’s won’t give it to you willingly. I thought there are laws for holding for paid legal medical information for the patient. Oh I’m sorry a numbered client to them."
