"I really enjoy seeing Dr.M; he’s a very no nonsense guy and won’t push pills on you which I really appreciate. The receptionist is super hard to work with and outwardly rude. I have never once had the phone picked up when I called for the last several years of being a patient, sometimes even during office hours they won’t even let you leave a voicemail. If do leave a voicemail I get a call back the next day usually."

"Gina is a horrible receptionist, and Dr Marseilles doesn't seem to care. She never answers and then claims to act on your voicemail in the next 24 hours. A week goes by and not only has she not done what I've asked in the voicemail, she hasn't called or acknowledged that you contacted them. They hold your prescription hostage and refuse to reach out to their clients if there is an issue. They need to update their systems so they can be held accountable for their poor service."

"Their website is outdated and none of the extensions work. The psychiatrist I have currently is great. Besides that, Gina is a terrible receptionist and extremely rude. I’m very easy going and she makes it seem like its a burden to ask for help switching pharmacies or asking any other question regarding appointments. Its like talking to an emotionless robot. You better hope you hear back quick cause usually it takes up to 2 days pandemic or not. There’s plenty of other people who could be much kinder and more full of life. Maybe they put her on xanax cause that’s what it sounds like. Luckily, this will be my last time dealing with this practice cause obviously mental health is not one of their priorities."

"My experience with Dr. Marseilles has been positive. Psychiatrists and therapists are not meant to be our BFF. They must remain neutral and detached. The staff is clinical but efficient. This is a mental health clinic. They must have strict guidelines to manage the practice."

"Dr. Marseilles is awful, acts as if he is better than you and does not seem to care about your mental health. This whole company only cares about money, i missed one appointment in 2 years going here and they charged me a ridiculous amount of money. Never going back again, my mental health is in worse shape from dealing with them."
