"Have had such a great experience at this Althletico! I worked with Maddie for 6 months pre- and post-op for a meniscus tear. She was very knowledgeable about my condition, took the time to really listen to exactly how my knee was bothering me, and tailored exercises to suit my needs. She is so attentive to all of her clients and was such a pleasure to work with. On my last day she gave me her contact information and told me to email her any time with questions. She is the best! The entire staff at this location is amazing. John and Stephanie at the front desk greet you and are always hands-on working with the therapists. "I had never been in physical therapy before, am older, and had a complete rotator cuff rupture(a rather large one)—-my prospects for recovery felt poor. I had no ability to use my left arm. I envisioned that I would go to PT and be shown some exercises to do and be discharged in a few months to continue on my own. Now, nine months later, I have just completed the most thorough and thoughtfully executed program of rehabilitation I could have ever imagined. I have complete use of my left arm back and a complete set of exercises set up for me to take home to continue on my own. I had a fantastic experience with Serena as my therapist, who gave me hope throughout the process that I would continue to improve. Her quiet confidence in me, and incredible expertise, was central to my recovery. I recommend that they clone Serena so that many others can experience the amazing care that I received. However, that not being possible, I also know that, during the few times she was away, I continued to receive top notch care from the other staff members filling in. This is a highly personable, cohesive and hard working staff—lead by Ryan, who made a point to come in and see me on his weekend day off so I could start physical therapy on the day following my surgery. Thank you, Ryan! That is the wonderful thing about this Athletico facility— the staff functions together as a cohesive, caring and friendly family—everyone on staff supporting one another in an unbelievably friendly and warm atmosphere. Even the rotating through staff assistants are caring, supportive, friendly and wanting the best for you. Going to PT was a truly fun and supportive experience.
