"Horrible! This is a walk-in clinic. When I arrived for service I was informed it would be a 30-45 minute wait. After waiting for nearly an hour I politely asked the front desk how much longer was the wait time and I was informed it would be at least another 45 minutes and if I didn't like it or didn't want to wait I could go somewhere else! I was disappointed that they could not provide a more accurate wait time or even apologize for the delay in services. There were other people waiting for services who were just as frustrated as me. If I could give them zero stars for their customer service I would!"

"Front staff was very nice. They lost In the computer system after I filled it out online the night before and then again that morning in the facility. They then asked me to fill it out again on paper. Felt the preemployment exam could have been a little more in depth. Provider was nice."

"I have come to this location three times. I have called ahead for questions. I felt like I was rushed and wait time is ridiculous. I am here just for a drug test, fit test and blood work for a job. The sheet said I was able to call ahead for apt. but when I called they said I didn’t need one. I waited three hours! I do think they need to have a better system or at least have the ability to make apt. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful which helped, I do think they are unstaffed with the amount of pt that come through."
