"First, let me say that. I have been a critical care nurse for almost 40 years. I have a degenerating condition that causes extra bone to be deposited in various areas, pressing on nerves and causing extreme pain throughout my body, specifically my head, my shoulders, and my lower back. It also causes tendons and ligaments. Connected to my spine to turn into bone. As a result, I consulted the pain clinic about 4 years ago. I have had a ton of procedures and a spinal cord stimulator implanted. Both the doctors and the nurse practitioners have been great to work with. I have mentioned recently that I wanted to get off opiate pain medicine. They have worked with me to provide alternatives. I am now looking at an implanted pump that can distribute medicine to control the severe muscle spasms that come with this. I had to stop working about 4 years ago and their staff had to go through a ton of paperwork for my short and long term disability, including my application for state disability. I can't recommend them enough! Yes, they are usually very fast with their appointments because the doctors focus on interventional pain relief. If you're a herbs and wear flowers for pain relief, don't go there. If you want actual answers and pain management, call for an appointment. The first time you'll likely see a doctor, but the nurse practitioners and PAs handle it from there. They are knowledgeable, esp. Natalie K. I schedule procedures with whatever doctor has an opening because I trust all of them."

"I wish I could rate them less than one star. Staff is rude, and uncompassionate. I called to schedule my mom for a Dr. Visit, they confirmed they received the referral and asked me about her health insurance. I provided them with all information, they told me to call me back within 48 hours after running the insurance and verifying it. They called and scheduled her. After waiting for two weeks we took my mom that has been suffering back and neck pain, staff ignored my wife explaining to them and the situation. They told her that they couldn't find a refferal for her and don't accept her insurance. Then they said they found the referral and I gave them the wrong insurance althight they said they verified the insurance and the insurance name and the ID is on the refferal.they didnot apologize for their mistakes and rudes. Now we have to start looking for another Dr. This review is not about the Dr. It is about the s stsff kike that need to be fired or out on corrcgive acrion for messing up with people pain."

"I'm giving 2 stars on this even though I would like to leave 1 but the office staff/nurses are all very nice, courteous, and helpful. I don't feel the same way about the standard of care from my doctor though. I went to pain management yesterday for my tailbone that I broke a while ago and saw Dr. McDaniel. He was 50 minutes late to my appointment and then rushed me through mine. He was aware I'm on disability for fibromyalgia yet with barely any warning he pulled my pants pretty low and slipped his finger down my crack and pushed really hard. It was excruciating. Then he bent me backwards from the shoulder on each side which was also painful... not so much to the tailbone but my back. He was too rough and I felt a little violated and not listened to. He told me he wants to give me a shot in my tailbone and more x-rays, didn't tell me what kind of shot or go over any risk factors or questions I might have. He just left the room and I assumed he was coming back with my paperwork but he had moved on to the next patient. The nurses came in to give me my paperwork and I asked about pain meds til my shot and I had to wait another 20 minutes in the lobby because he was with another patient. The nurse came out looking sad and said he refused and to take Tylenol. I wasn't even given a reason. He also wants to use only local anesthetic for my shot as opposed to sedation because I'm not squeamish with needles but wouldn't someone with severe fibro fair better with this under sedation? I feel very uncomfortable and do not trust him. I'm waiting to hear back from my primary about her opinion on it but honestly I just came home yesterday and cried."

"I came from another clinic and I am so very grateful that I have. The staff is wonderful and really cares about you and gets to know you on a personal level and that alone is rare and Dr Tubic definitely cares about you and does not give up on you and your quality of life and he is above and beyond caring for his patients from the day I met him he has given me hope and kept me going and fighting to get to a better quality of life than I have had in a long time. Natalie is my life saver and she really cares about you as well and is very sharp with picking up when something is going on before you even say anything. That's what makes you a good nurse but I feel that she's more qualified and she knows how to make sure you are ok. I love this Dr practice and I highly recommend them to you.
