"I would give a zero if I could. Today 9/21 I had a 12:30 appointment. I received a text message, reminding me of the appointment and another text asking me to check in, which I did before I arrived. I was 15 minutes early and checked in with the receptionist. After waiting a full hour I had to leave for another appointment. I told the receptionist I was leaving. No apology, nothing! :("
"This has to be LITERALLY the WORST run practice I have ever seen. I’ve been to better practices in 3rd world countries. The receptionists at the front desk are incompetent and staff has absolutely no regard for the patients. I went in for a quick 5 min exam and ended up waiting over an hour in an exam room before walking out and not seeing my primary physician. Every time I call or come in, there is always something going wrong. I’d rather use WebMD"
