Check in is always smooth and timely. Never a long wait. Dr. Puthenveetil is so pleasant and takes his time to listen to you and your needs then following it up with his professional advice to get you to where you need to be by not just telling you but explaining to you why. Really makes you feel at ease. He and his staff are friendly and kind. They take the time to make sure you and your time are important while being seen. P.S. I am not a big fan of giving blood for my annual physical but his phlebotomist is fantastic and sweet. I’m as comfortable as can be when I sit in her chair. She remembers me and we always have a wonderful talk while I’m in there. Best doctor and staff ever!! Thank you and your staff for always being amazing!!"
