"I want to say before anything else that Michelle is awesome. The office itself is clean. But that’s about it. Kirsten who is the main nurse and I think co owner is rude. She’s always been rude for years. 4 years ago she told me to switch my then 2 year old to skim milk because he was “overweight” on paper. Well he’s 6.5 now and perfectly fine. Always rushed and eager to get off the phone when she’s on call and I have a question regarding a sick kid. Always quick rushed visits. Feels transactional almost. It feels like she doesn’t even like children. I understand she may be frustrated with the work load since Dr. Han retired but that isn’t my kids or my fault. Then the wait times there are always insane later in the day. Like you could be waiting an hour or more to see the doctor if you have an afternoon appointment."

"I don't recommend this practice. They are so unorganized and they don't know how to schedule their patients. They schedule my son for an appointment and they " didn't have it " in the system. The receptionist there have attitudes as well."

"Neverr, ever go there. Doctors are incompetent, staff is rude. Few months ago they did not want to make a doctors order for blood lab I needed for my son, few days ago refused to sign a document that I have a right to have according to state law, and the PCP has to sigh. I changed the office"

"The office manager is very rude and highstrong when asked to do her job. I asked for medical records regarding my children specifically for colds, asthma or flu visits. I was given records for my daughter's visit when she broke her wrist! I had to pay $15 and waited 30 mins just to be given the wrong information. They charged me prior to receiving my documents as so called protocol per the office manager. The nurse practitioner reached over me and didn't excuse herself. Then looked me up and down and walked off. I only come here because the doctors are good to my kids but the office atmosphere will make you think twice!"
