"Dang It, Melissa was the absolute best. Not sure if I will find another one that will match up. But the billing department killed it for me. I haven't received any bills from them, and they asked for a card to keep on file. Few weeks later, hits my account for $700. I owed it and I didn't argue. But being able to charge that, without my consent or my knowledge, is kind of beyond "putting a bad taste in my mouth". Cannot justify going to a company that is able to freely charge my card without me knowing, even though I honestly wish I could. I looked forward to my Mondays."

"Both my daughter and I saw therapists at the LifeStance in Barrington for a little while. Neither if us felt that we got anything out if it and service was very overpriced. Most of the therapists are very young and lack experience. Scheduling and communication is severely lacking as you can only communicate through the helpline and no one runs the front desk. We have since found other service in Barrington that is much better than this service at a fraction of the cost."
