"Amy the receptionist is incredibly rude and accusatory. It was a referral from Doctor on Demand. This office made an appointment for my husband without consulting us, and when I called to cancel it, Amy was rude. She refused to believe we never called to make it an appointment. I make all my husband’s appointments and when I called to cancel the appointment and ask why would they make an appointment without asking us, she very rudely says to me, “That is not possible! We don’t just make appointments for people without checking date and time. Check your phone. Do you know how many times I’ve called you?!” I said well “I don’t know what you’re talking about because I never called you.” She said ok I’ll cancel the appointment. How they made an appointment for him when I’ve never called them is beyond me. Amy definitely needs to learn decorum when working with people."

"Absolutely terrible doctor and employees. Dr Raju shows zero compassion for her patients, and she talks to them like they do not know their own body, when they are the foremost expert on it. My fiance was made to sign a contract stating that she could not see another doctor under penalty of lawsuit and fines. I have since been told that this is illegal and that Dr Raju cannot make you do this. We were told that home covid tests always come up negative, and that we would not be accepted for an appointment unless we had a lab test done. This notion is ridiculous as the tests are provided directly from our medical insurance. My fiance was misdiagnosed and given medicine for a condition that she did not have, and she was testing pregnant. The medicine she was given could have killed the fetus. We are very displeased with Dr Rachel Raju and her team, and I would never recommend this practice to anyone. If you value your health, you will choose a different practice and doctor than Raju."

"I’m very happy to have Dr. Raju as my doctor. She ensures your questions are answered and addresses any concerns you may have. I always leave feeling well-informed about my health and care. In addition, she is very well connected in the area to provide recommendations as needed to great specialists that provide the same level of care as her. Overall, Dr. Raju is positive, uplifting, goes above and beyond to care for her patients. I also appreciate their use of online scheduling. I request an appointment and receive a call within a day - it’s quick and easy. It’s always a great experience with Dr. Raju and her team from start to finish!"

She is dedicated to her patients by understanding what you are feeling and provides clear explanations. I feel well cared for and in good hands. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful at the office. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Raju as a primary care provider. She is an excellent doctor that will thoroughly evaluate your health challenges and provide her recommendations and support accordingly."

"Dr. Raju has been the best Doctor anyone can ask for with her vast experience. She manages my elderly parent's day to day health matters. She gives them as much time as they need to answer all their questions. We even call Dr. Raju for second opinions from various specialists. When my parents are confused about a recommended treatment by Specialists, she will make the time to call the Specialists for further clarity to assist my parents with decision making. My dad was recently hospitalized due to high fevers from pneumonia. Dr. Raju helped coordinate with his Hospital stay and checked up on him daily until he was home safe and well. We are truly blessed to have an ultimate professional like her who goes above and beyond her call of duty."
