"I made an appointment beginning of July and while waiting for that appointment, I was struggling and called him about three weeks later to see if it was possible to get a closer appointment. He said the closest was August 16, which that was when my appointment was, he sent me more med to help me out till our next appointment which was (AUGUST 16). Two weeks later I come in and my appointment is gone. They said there wasn’t an appointment for that time on that day which is crazy because Dr. kou’s told me himself over the phone that it was August 16. I just don’t even know what to say or think. Something is off about this office."

Falling asleep in sessions, yelling, negligence and misdiagnosing are a few of his specialities. Highly disorganized and unprofessional practice. Shame on you, Dr Kuo."
