"How’s are wrong… every time I show up there during their “open hours” they are closed…"

"This is the fourth time time I’ve tried this location hoping they’ve improved. Unfortunately let down again. Each time they’ve told me there wait is between 1-4 hours or they’ve reach there amount of patients for the day. How is this even possible when there is only 3 cars in the parking lot and not a single patient in the waiting room. Done with this location, will now be taking my family to advocate in Vernon Hills where there is absolutely no wait at all. Shocked how this place is still open."

"Don’t come here. Currently noon, they close in four hours. They claim at capacity with an empty lobby and 4 cars in the massive lot. Actually a joke."

"This is the dumbest system I've ever seen. 1) You can't call them directly, you get North Shore's centralized appointment system and they tell you it's a walk in clinic. 2) You take your sick self or your sick kids for a drive to 'walk in', and they take your name tell you to come back several hours later. 3) They call you BEFORE your scheduled appointment and ask why you're not there yet. Well - that would be because it's not time for my 'walk-in appointment yet'... Here's a radical idea - answer the phone and schedule the appointments that way, so everyone doesn't have to drive twice. Or, you know, staff your facility sufficiently that a 10AM walk-in doesn't get told to return at 3:30pm. Don't count on these jokers for anything - go anywhere else."
