"Dr.patel was a rude prick. Wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to tell him. Arrogant doctors is not at all what we patients need. We are already in pain, confused and anxious. Do your job and listen to us. Waste of my money and time. He did nothing for me. I went in for debilitating muscle pain in my back and you want a urine sample? Offered me no relief or explanation. Horrible service. Don't recommend."

"The only reason for 4 stars was because how long it took for me to be seen once I was taken back. I was the first one there and I heard a few people come and go while I was there. However there was a sign in the room that stated the average time was 2.5 hours, and I was there less than that. Dr. Jaka and the team were friendly and explained my care."

"We waited about 45 minutes, but were pleased with the exam & outcome. Thankfully, they were open until 10pm on the day we went. Glad actual providers were there and able to examine my son (instead of a video call with a doctor that's not actually present like other urgent care facilities are doing)."
