"This law firm is a scam. I hired them to handle a case for me and provided a $4k retainer. They stated the complaint letter and summons would be ready in 2 weeks. I contacted them to get a status within the 2 weeks and nothing. After my contact, 2 days later I received a sloppily put together complaint letter mashup of a cut of the complaint letter I created and a complaint letter they already had created for someone else. For 2 months they kept telling me they were working on it. After two months I told them if they were not interested in working my case that they should refund my money. They never completed the complaint letter, never provided a summons and charged me $1400. If you want legal services I would avoid this form like the plague - especially Tim Johnston.
