"Very disappointed with the front desk staff. We waited over two months to get into this office to have our son tested. As soon as we arrived the front desk staff was very unfriendly. Then we are told we can not do testing because the front desk staff didn’t tell us to have our son stop his allergy medication. We wasted our time driving all the way out there for basically the doctor to just look at him. Now we have to come back at a different date to actually get him tested. There were no reminder calls or texts to let us know what location or time our appointment was. Very unhappy with this office."

"Super hard to get ahold of. Tried calling to confirm an appointment and the lines were not accepting calls at all. Tried to call again for a half hour, running behind for an appointment, and the lines were just busy before getting through. Was told upon making the appointment all I'd need to bring in is my insurance card. Was told day of the appointment I'd also need a letter of referral, which I did not have and so the appointment was canceled. A whole lot of stress to not even be seen. You'd think a kid's throat closing would be reason enough to be seen, but no, you need a doctor, who didn't see the reaction, to verify that the parent isn't lying. Just make sure you call WEEKS and WEEKS in advance, verify EVERYTHING you need, and probably call two or three more times, ideally talking to different people, to see if there's *anything else* you need to bring."
