"This place is a store front clinic! My s/o was sent here in October when his doctor retired. Per doc sent all his patients here. Big mistake on his behalf! These PA's lie, con and agitate patients! My s/o only went to 3 appointments. Each and every month a patient was coming in and complaining! Their answer is to send there nurse out like she's an bouncer to kick people out instead of PA handling what they caused. Now we go in today and she is sent to bounce us. For what.. Cause Haley knows 30 days of treatment after you dismiss patients. They only gave him a 5 day notice and were refusing to give him treatment. If you care about your rights I wouldn't give this place a try. Unless you want to be abandon while you need treatment!"
"I absolutely love Regency! I see Carolyn and although she is normally running behind I don't mind the wait because she listens to you and genuinely cares about finding what best works for you. I highly recommend Carolyn!"
"I’ve been to see Gail for a facial only a couple of and my face has never looked better! She recommended a clay mask for my skin and I absolutely love it"
"I have Regency Medical Center as my primary care HMO doctor... and I have been a patient of theirs for over 10 years. I called this morning because I had a fever and flu like symptoms. They made me wait for 4 hours for an "Over the phone visit" Where they make me confirm that I am aware that I will be charged a co pay and it will be billed to my insurance as an "Office visit".. an hour after the visit is scheduled I get a call from Stephanie from the office, I am not sure what her role is, and she tells me that due to my fever and symptoms, I need to go to immediate care and pick up some mucinex. She said that they do not see sick patients at this time due to some of their other patients with Chemo and other issues. I asked her why I would go through 4 hours, a co pay, and billing my insurance for her to tell me that, and the only reason I contacted them is because I have HMO and I have to. She went back and forth with me telling me that antibiotics are not the only answer and that I need testing (which I need to go to a doctor for) because they do not do any sick patient visits. Why not just tell me that? Why bill my insurance and not help me and leave me hangout sick (102 fever) for hours?? Tell me that I do not have the flu and do not need meds until I get testing and they do not do that there... Not to mention.. she hung up on me.. yikes..."
"Expect to wait an hour minimum just to see the nurse to take your blood pressure before your actual appointment. I'm not exaggerating, this has happened every single time I have come here without fail in the 7 years I have been forced to frequent this place. Nothing has changed. Also, forget about leaving a voicemail, it will never be returned. I go to the Palatine office when appointments are available in the window of time I need them to be. For some reason, every single thing about that facility is better despite them both being under the Regency umbrella and sharing most of the doctors between the two"
