The administrators working in that office don't have a clue about anything, give you incorrect information, and basically could care less about your suffering. And this goes for the doctor they represent. They make mistakes and don't have the decency to admit it, and add insult to injury by rude and unapologetic given their incompetence. And here's the interesting part; not only will they refuse your insurance after telling you on the phone they would, but they will not even accept it when you offer to pay yourself (out of pocket) because you are in such pain that you are willing to do so. There are plenty of ENT doctors out there so choose wisely... you've been warned!"
