"I am really disappointed and frustrated with my experience on this order and this company. I do understand covid and production issues. I understand staffing and materials being hard to get. However, we ordered these items (very expensive) 9 months ago. Not only that, but we genuinely felt ghosted through the whole entire process. No follow ups, no updates. Every time I called it was "should be about two more weeks (this has been the last 2 or 3 months). Every time I was going to be told I would get a call back, I did not get one. Every time I reached out to my rep, he was never available, I believe I spoke to him maybe once a few months back. It got to the point where we were wondering if we were getting scammed or not. Now that our package is finally on its way, it will be getting delivered while our shelter is closed down under construction which is going to be a huge hassle to try and figure out which wouldn't be a thing if it was delivered on time or someone actually communicated with us. We are a small non-profit organization that runs on donations and grants. Being able to get these new kennels was a huge deal for us. We ordered these because we had desperately needed them. It is kinda ironic the morning I called to finally just ask for a refund, they are now being delivered tomorrow. I am not one to complain about stuff, but I really thought you guys should know how we feel about our experience because it really was not fair on the customer front. I really do not think it is right we got charged full price given our situation we went through."

"We have placed 3 orders from Tristar Metals for our specialty veterinary hospital in New Zealand since 2016. We are very happy with the quality of the products but the customer service has massive room for improvement. What has led me to write this review is the experience following our latest order which arrived in March 2021. We ordered some stainless steel cage banks with electrical cutouts, however they arrived with USA electrical outlets installed, which we had to have an electrician remove at our own cost as they are not compatible with electrical equipment over this side of the world. The dog runs that we ordered were missing handles as well. I emailed Reece about these issues shortly after we received the order and heard nothing back, followed up with another email in June 2021 and still heard nothing back, tried to phone and left a message and call was not returned... Finally rang again and got hold of him a few days ago and he indicated that it would be difficult for Tristar to compensate us for these issues given the significant time that had elapsed since the order (!) He requested copies of the drawings we signed off on and the previous email communications, which I sent him on Monday 28/2/22 - I still haven't heard back...."

"Ordered kennels for our boarding facility, everything from start to finish was absolutely phenomenal. The staffs are great efficient and really try their best to accommodate your needs. The owner is superrrr amazing, he's truly exceptional and was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Thank you soooo so much "

"We purchased a complete hospital designed stainless steel equipment to include cabinets, tables, kennels, carts, prep and surgery suite furnishings, hospital recovery units, IV pump stands and more. The quality and price are undoubtable the best on the market. They accomplish this by cutting out the a'middle man". Highly recommend."

"Beware! Our dog hotel in Las Vegas purchased over 100K in a custom design project from this company. Not only did the build take about 8 months to receive our panels, delaying our opening well past the contract date of promises delivery, the workmanship quality was extremely sub par. We currently have an estimate to have the build corrected with an estimated $65,000 cost to us. This company proved themselves to not be capable of properly designing, building, or completing a project. We are currently in a lawsuit with this company, if your company also encountered issues with your delivery date being off by months, the quality of the project being not as promised, not industry standards and poor quality, extremely poor customer service, including from the owner Rich Batterson, and would like to join our ongoing lawsuit please contact us.
