HealthLab is a health institution located at 820 Illinois Route 59, Bartlett, Illinois, United States. We offer Imaging Services, Immediate Care, and Laboratory Services to our patients. If you require emergency medical attention, please call 911 to access your local emergency services.
We prioritize patient care by registering and caring for patients who arrive by 7:30pm. If wait times become too long, we may close registration before 7:30pm to ensure a better patient experience. Last patient registration is at 7:30 pm.
Our Immediate Care Centers have extended hours in the evenings and on weekends, where you can make an online reservation, schedule a virtual visit, or choose walk-in care. Our board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers diagnose and treat many illnesses and injuries for adults and children ages 6 months and older.
We offer after-hours virtual visits with an Immediate Care clinician from 8am until midnight for patients five years and older. Reservations and online check-in for an in-office visit are strongly encouraged to allow for physical distancing.
