"Contacting my primary care provider has been extremely difficult ever since Duly took over. I have to use the Mychart app to contact them for anything. Also, staff the lab in the East Dundee office. I DO NOT want to drive a half hour out of my way just to get a 3 minute procedure done."

"Changed from 3 stars to 1 - Many really good physicians but this group appears to puts $$ ahead of customer satisfaction. It's Ok to make money but when you reduce services and falsely advertise your facilities capabilities it's just bad business. Case in point their East Dundee facility promotes on site "Lab Services", well they do have a lab but it hasn't been open for about a year. So if you need panels you have to drive a half hour or so to another facility, not fun especially if you're fasting. Dulies, you need to listen more to your customer relations people and less from your bean counters. People do read these reviews. BTW stop the malarkey about labor shortages it has gotten bit stale."

"I made an appointment to get a previously prescribed vaccine for the following Monday on a Friday. Showed up to the appt and was turned away saying I had not seen one of their doctors in a year (their dr prescribed the shot mind you but prior to covid so I waited until things calmed down). No one called, no one left a voicemail, no one mentioned this when I made the appt on Friday. Wasted half a day because apparently no one at this place can pick up a phone or follow through, they were able to text me a confirmation so the number was right and not blocked. Horrible customer service for a simple visit. Time to find a new provider that hopefully has better communication than this place and Comcast."

"No response to prescription refill requests, no action taken after telephone requests but it’s only heart medication so who cares, right? I’m changing doctors/healthcare providers. Surely they can’t all be this bad!"

"I've been trying to reach this office for last 3 days. They never answer their phone! Never! What kind of medical office is this if their patients never can reach them and talk to them? I get that they might be busy but for 3 days in a raw noone ever can answer a phone call? Copmlete lack of responsibility and professionalism ! Horrible customer service!"
