"My family and I have been going to Lauren for various quick visits for years. She's great with our daughter when she was age 2, and still great now that she's 7. Also has helped my wife and I consistently catch our own health issues when they've come up. Her customer service has been top notch, and follow up has been great! Thank you for taking the time to care!"
"My morning appointment for toddler getting her flu shot was 30min late. She wound up being disqualified for it. This could have been caught on the intake survey."
"Got second dose this past Sunday and she put 4/3/21 as the date for second dose like how? When first dose was 11/27/21. Going back up there. Then paper states left arm but it was my right arm."
"Lauren was very sweet, professional and helpful. My visit was fast and the pharmacy had my prescription ready for me from the time I left the clinic at the front of the store. Prices are relatively low for what most clinics charge. Lauren was very mindful of the fact I do not have insurance. She called the pharmacy to see what the lowest out of pocket cost could be for me, which I am very thankful for. I will certainly be back in the future if I come down with something. Thank you Lauren, minute clinic, Target and CVS for the great service!"
"I called the Minute Clinic ahead of time before coming to this location and explain that I needed to know if there was a wait time because I'm on a lunch break and have a limited amount of time . I was told there was no wait time and that the clinic was open. I get to the clinic and they are closed for lunch what are supposed to reopen at 2 p.m. which was 10 minutes from when I arrived. I sign in and wait and continue to wait until now 2:20 p.m. and they still are not back from lunch I called the 1-800 number again talk to a representative who tries to contact the staff or the manager and is unable to get a hold of them. I feel that besides the fact that I should have been told the lunch hours when I called the first time the fact that it's after 2 p.m. and not only is no one there but not even the main customer service center can get ahold of anyone for that site is completely unprofessional and ridiculous I wasted my lunch break and time trying to be seen where I could have easily went to a clinic that was a few more miles away and been seen. Walk-in clinic should be treated just the same as any other medical professional they are there to provide care for patients when needed and lunch times and office hours should be followed a walking clinic should be treated just the same as any other medical professional they are there to provide care for patience when needed and lunch times and Office hours should be followed never will I visit again"
