Regardless of skill level, after you discuss your wants with the coaches, this place definitely will provide a potential for you to grow. Great facilities with bags and pads, and they host events from time to time. I've taken Bubba Flores and Stephen Glanvilles classes and they were fantastic. Highly recommend. The hardest part, always, is walking in."

"Finished my first Muay Thai class today, and it was just what I have been looking for!!! I will be returning for the forceable future, the pace of the class was perfect. I have a black belt in martial arts already and I still learned new techniques and way to defend myself. The instructor took the time to go over each of our techniques on a “one on one basis” and showed us ways to improve and ways that we are doing great! 10/10, can’t wait until the next class, thanks Jefferey!!!!"

"Amazing training partners and training facility but there’s a reason coaches are always leaving this gym….. because the owner doesn’t pay his coaches. They really had a amazing Muay Thai coach when they opened the gym and I would stop by this gym for Sunday sparring but unfortunately we lost a amazing coach due to the owners unprofessionalism. Also rumor spread around the gym the owner is very controlling when it comes to his sponsored fighters. Avoid signing contracts with black sheep."

"Absolutely love Black Sheep and the community here I’ve become apart of! I’ve been going here since July now and am so thankful to the coaches for their guidance, as well as the fellow members. It’s been very humbling to learn to leave your ego at the door and to have self control and respect when sparring with others. I brought a girlfriend in this past Friday, and she had the best time. Even though it was sparring day and she had no prior experience. Everyone was very kind to go easy on her and coach her more through how to block attacks and strike. I’ve brought in several friends now to Black sheep and will continue to do so."
