"She came in like a bat out of hell talking 100 miles per hour. She spoke into a microphone so she didn't have to type which is ok but she never heard I word that I said because she pretty much talked to the computer the whole. She told me she didn't believe in treating pain with narcotics (which again is fine) but she told me to go see another doctor, which I thought was rude. I asked her what the side effects were of the medication that she prescribed to me she didn't know what they were. Not to mention the staff loss my paperwork. I'll give the same advice she gave me....Please go see another doctor"

"I had to see Dr. Barclay for a Lumbar puncture yesterday. I was super nervous going in, right away she put me at ease, was very nice and calming, she explained everything in detail. The procedure went well. I am so thankful for the support that the doctor and her staff gave me. I highly recommend this office."

"Visited last month and most of visit was her doing her own dictations on my visit and no talking to me. When she did direct a question to me, I wasn't sure she was talking to me since that was primarily what she was doing was dictation. The next month when my EOB's came from my insurance, her charge was $430 and then a separate charge for $202 for a total of $632 for a simple office visit with no treatment. As of right now, I have called three places for an explanation as to this extra $202 charge marked "treatment" which I never had there. She not only was barely speaking to me, she also did not explain the procedure that she wanted to do on me under sedation. I ended up not even having it done as it ended up being so much more work that she never, ever discussed with me."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Barclay for years. She has treated me for herniated disk issues in my neck and lower back. If you want a doctor who listens, is an expert in her field with a wonderful bedside manor, I highly recommend Dr. Barclay. If otherwise, I would not have brought my elderly father to her for treatment. Another plus is the Pain Management staff. They are all consistently professional and friendly. I have never had a long wait or bad experience. I cannot think of how this team could improve their game."
