"I wish I can give them negative star instead of one star. They are a joke. If you have any question about medication etc. it is next to impossible to reach them over phone. You will be waiting over phone more than 40 min or so, and then automatically they will cut off the line. No matter which time of the day you call, you can not reach them. Either they don't have enough people or their staff are very very inefficient. Inside they have a lab (lab corp) where they send blood work order. That lab does not take appointment, you have to do walk in there. But walk in when? What is the schedule for the lab? No formation online, you have to call Rush to know lab corp schedule. And calling them means again wait over phone another 40 min. Once I waited very long on phone just to get when that lab is open and after I get there they said that lab is closed because every 5th Saturday it is closed. The person who gave me the time for lab has never mentioned about 5th Saturday."

"Dr. Greg Milani is one of the most caring physicians around. He goes above and beyond. He sat with my father and had lunch with him in his hospital room with him. I was out of town and unable to visit with him that week. Thanks to Dr. Milani my father got the encouragement he needed and did exceptionally well."

"This is in the er visit we took! Really I cannot say how unprofessional and incompetent the er female dr was. My friends are both dr at a large hospital so yes I do know people in the medical profession and my mom was a nurse. My husband is a cancer patient was in severe pain the dr was not their quickly the er looked empty and the protocol of cleanliness for a cancer patient was not adhered to. We then left and the next day went to another hospital total opposite called his dr , checked scans, requested records and treated us professionally . I am sure rush downtown is better otherwise they would not have such a high ranking after more than Hundred years ! Improve hire medical staff who are educated , common sense goes along way, and listen !."

"I wish I had a way to give negative numbers at a be a -8 if not higher, I was referred to go here from the emergency room of rush Copley after car accident for my follow up. I've waited over three months for my bill from this company, I have called more than five times. Every time I call they tell me that they have placed the bill in the mail and it will be in here within a week. I am going now I'm on my six times saying that this bill was mailed out a week ago. Very few us to release me of the billing person they also release my medical bill to the insurance companies to get this claim settled. At this point my insurance company has referred me to find out Illinois laws regarding this. Most unprofessional medical facility I am ever seen!"
