"DO NOT make an appointment with Kinsley Jin. Waited 55 minutes (i wish i was exaggerating) to have the doctor roll his eyes and question my husbands pain, and tell him it’s all in his head just because he can stand and walk… really? also apparently to get any print outs of your medical records you have to make an appointment which is redundant and stupid. this place is insane and will ignore your worries and instead gaslight you into thinking all your pain is in your head. The other doctor we saw there, VanHossel was amazing and actually listens to her patients!"

"Aunt Martha's has unprofessional workers. I am a first time pregnant woman that was trying to receive prenatal care. First off, the call center is all work from home, and it can take a good 15 minutes to an hour to get in touch with someone. Then, the information that I've received either gives me the run around having to call them several times or the information is completely inaccurate. The doctors rotate with other locations and Aunt Martha's is not their first priority. So my doctor shows up over an hour late for my appointment with no apologies or explanation only to let me hear a heartbeat and charge me for wasting my time. Would strongly advise to not go to this location. It would save you a lot of stress, worry, and heartache."
"Went there for a covid test. Was spacious and easy parking. Receptionists were friendly and moderately competent. But my experience was poor. To be fair, some of my experience is typical of our countries fragmented medical system. I've seen service like this at even 'good' hospitals. To get my results they had me set up an appointment to receive a phone call. No one called. When I called later that day I was told they had the wrong phone number for me even though I’m sure I gave it correctly to them. The woman that called me back to give me my results did not appear to be a doctor. She couldn’t speak English well she didn’t sound like an educated person. I would have been fine with a nurse calling me but I mention it because the staff made a big deal about waiting for my phone appointment with 'the doctor'. I asked the lady if she could fax or email me the test results. She said I would have had to set that up with their portal first and then I could log in and then i could request an email. The owners of this company and either total morons or they just don't care. No process works. I don’t understand the relationship between aunt Martha’s the testing company and the company that called me with the results. The results were not useful because it was 7 days after I took the test. I found out they were available just two or three days after my visit but I was given no option to get my results at that time. Time is of the essence right? No one took responsibility for just getting this task done. As a result they completely failed an extremely simple task. To add insult their 877 number gave me an automated call a couple days later to tell me I missed my appointment and they are concerned about me. I’m blocking that number now. I understand there are privacy laws that hobble medical staff. But the businesses that operated these medical companies do just not seem to care. It would be very easy to receive an encryption key at your first appointment that lets one open a secure email from the test company when results are ready. US medical care is that of a 3rd world country . China's response to an emergency is 10 times more efficient and effective."
