"I was referred here by a close friend. I live all the way in the northside of Chicago but I was desperately looking to receive help for my painful condition. My first visit, I arrived extremely early and was greeted warmly by one of the Physical therapist, named Gina, she was very warm, friendly and even she offered to do a pretreatment until my provider arrived. Thanks Gina! When my provider arrived, I was greeted and there was professional demeanor and communication but during my manual therapy, there was unnecessary conversations with their peer, which I was feeling uncomfortable. I was reluctant to come for my 2nd visit. My second visit the greeting was not warm and it seemed that their was something not right and the energy was strange, and yet again, while getting my manual therapy, there was unprofessional talking amongst my provider and their peer and I was getting annoyed why this is even happening again.The long drive to St. Charles was not worth all this nonsense and the therapy was just ok. Overall my experience at this location was not impressive and definitely not worth the drive. My hope to the manager of this establishment is, train and remind ALL their employees to MAINTAIN a warm and professional demeanor and always have a friendly and welcoming attitude and during treatments, not to have personal conversations amongst their peers but rather focus on THEIR patients and make THEM feel genuinely cared for. I had hoped for a better experience but this is my experience and my review. I gave this establishment 3 stars because of Gina who gave me the first positive impression of this establishment. Keep up the good work Gina!"
