"My son, my daughter and I all had tonsils removed here by Dr. Hampson and staff and all were excellent experiences. They were especially kind to my young daughter, taking extra time to explain everything to her and treating her and her stuffed sloth with kindness. They brought joy to an otherwise scary experience for her. Had no trouble with billing - you are sent an estimate ahead of time and expected to pay on arrival, which you are told ahead of time. If you question that amount make sure to contact your insurance prior to your procedure day."

"Brought a loved one here for a mild medical procedure and was not allowed to accompany beyond the waiting room. In fact, they said I could go sit in my car and I'd be called when it was done. Both of us are fully vaccinated, passed the screening, so not sure what the problem is. I've attended procedures in years past as moral support without any issue, in other ambulatory surgery facilities. My loved one was extremely disappointed in this, too. We were not informed ahead of time about this either. Terrible coffee machine in waiting area, too-- No one had emptied the used packets from the machine in days, so I did so. I can't comment on the nursing or actual recovery as I was not allowed anywhere near either. Thumbs down."

"Friendly staff. Was attentitive to my son getting tubes in his ears. Very nice and understanding. It's not easy going thru surgery for a toddler. Every staff member was great."

"This place is a joke. It's unfortunate if your doctor performs surgery here since management and the staff who manage billing are incompetent. My doctor and his staff are fantastic, best there is in STC, but dealing with VASC as a patient is a terrible experience. Their billing department tried to bill me THREE separate times for $2900 related to a procedure that was already covered. The money I needed to pay went to my doctor and they did their part and scheduled the surgery and paid costs associated with it. Yet here comes VASC billing department trying to collect the FULL amount which was already paid to them. Is that a joke? I'd love to call out some names here, but I'll be better than that. I had to call them up (the best part is when they don't answer the phone during business hours) to dispute the bill even after my doctor's staff contacted them on my behalf to say 'hey you made a mistake, we paid you for this. he doesn't owe you anything.' They STILL proceeded to bill me the incorrect amount AND called to collect it. You won't fix a billing mistake or have someone there to answer the phone, but you'll schedule people to call and collect money? For an incorrect bill? They blamed outsourcing and being overworked or something for their errors. What. A. Joke."

"I just have to applaud the wonderful woman who checked me in and made me laugh during a very stressful situation— I was late as I had gone to the wrong building and was stressed before a colonoscopy—ugh. Then I had THE BEST pre-op nurse, Sharon, who also calmed me down and explained everything. The nurses I had during and after the procedure were wonderful as well. They so helped to make a very stressful day MUCH calmer. THANK YOU!"
