"Love Dr. Zeddies as my PCP, he's super nice and I love seeing him. His medical assistants and nurses have been nothing but nice to me every time I've come in for an appointment. Friendly over the phone if I ever have any concerns."

"Personally I have never been here and after speaking to a few women who have had horrid experiences, I will never step foot in there. This morning my friend went in there and waited almost an HOUR to just get checked in. If that wasn’t bad enough, the nurse, or whatever she is, Nyla then had the audacity to comment on my friends weight at check in. Saying “you know you’re over weight hun”… I’m not sure what kind of office they are running there but never in my life time would I think it’s okay and professional to comment on someone’s weight. Who does she think she is to say such hurtful things to someone. Not only does she not know if my friend is struggling with her weight or not, but how does she know that someone else she says that to in the future won’t take it to heart and cause permanent mental damage on them. Mental health is no joke and talking down to someone you have never met, and commenting on their weight is disgusting. Discussing someone’s weight, no matter where you work, should NEVER be allowed. I hope this reaches management and she is reprimanded for the way she speaks to others. I am disgusted by her actions. If you do go to this office avoid NYLA at all costs. DMG, do better and hire some people who won’t be discriminating against peoples size."

"I have been seeing Dr. Casciaro for years now. She recently moved to Dupage medical group and luckily she was still in-network. She is very honest, personable and professional. I never feel uncomfortable or unsure whenever I am there. She fully answers all my questions and never makes me feel rushed. I feel important and valued as her patient. The new office is okay and the nurses have been friendly. Definitely recommend Dr. Casciaro."

"I picked this group by mistake. Worst decision ever. Dr. Bergenson would not fill my scripts. Said I had to have a mammogram before filling. Then when I did changed her story and said we talked about taking me off. She lies..then I try to get my records to leave this place..I'm still waiting..they are the worst people. It's sad because this is supposed to be a caring environment and trusting. When doctors lie and cannot and will not fill a medication that is needed to keep you going.very sad. I do not recommend this facility at all."

"I went to see a doctor couple weeks ago because of an ear problem. The doctor prescribed two different antibiotics because the first one doesn’t work for me. When I started with the second type of antibiotics my ear became sensitive so I called the office to inform them. The nurse told me they will give me a callback as soon as they talk to the doctor but couple days later I haven’t received any call. So, I gave them a call to follow up but the nurse told the same exact things “we will give you a callback as soon as we talk to the doctor!”. Until the end of the day I haven’t received any call again. It is very frustrating on my part as a patient because I want to feel better since this ear problem has been going on for a while now."
