"My very first cycle with Kindbody was very unfortunate. They missed my ovulation because they didn't closely monitor me. Then, even after I argued that I had ovulated based on the US and blood results, Dr. Alvarez told the nurse team to put me on more pills to stimulate follicle growth. I was told all those results were false ovulation, so I assumed the Doc and NP know best. The only reason I am not giving a 1 star review is because of the US tech, Marisa. She was absolutely amazing! She was the one that identified I did ovulate. It was confirmed 2 weeks later when Marisa pushed back on why they were still stimulating follicle growth. The entire communication within this clinic was an absolute nightmare. Nurses didn't know my situation, and I had to re-explain my background to every nurse and nurse practitioner. The worst part of it all was when I asked to schedule an appt with the Dr. Alvarez, I was told he wouldn't see me until after 3 cycles and that I can speak to a nurse practitioner (this was a random one, I never had a set NP) in the meantime. I understood that mistakes happen, so I tried a 2nd cycle with them, which I have been told by a 2nd and 3rd opinion was too aggressive approach so early on. Overall, I found this to be a horrible experience and set my journey back about 5 months because it was emotionally stressful with no proper guidance. This journey isn't an easy one, so the professionals (experts) shouldn't make it harder. I had heard amazing things about VIOS, but I think after the sell to Kindbody, this feels more like you're a number than a patient. For me, it was a waste of time, energy, and money. Some advice is to always trust your gut and advocate for yourself."

"So far very bad experience with nursing team and getting medication I need in time. The IVF cycle continues to be pushed back and we continue to have appointments that just go in circles and we're never actually able to move forward. Paying for medication out of pocket and driving 3 hours this weekend to go pick it up with absolutely no instructions or scheduled because I was told I needed to start this with the start of my cycle. Very upsetting and stressful. Unfortunately, with insurance, we have no other options."

"Dr. Violet Klenoff is completely amazing Tellin her thank you does not seem like it’s enough. Not only was she willing to take me on as a new patient when the doctor I was originally a signed to had suddenly retired but she reached out, informing me that she was willing to be my doctor, and it was a complete blessing that she did. I’ll admit, I was scared and nervous with the whole Fertility being new to me I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Dr. Klenoff had a Way of explaining every last detail and being sure, I understood every step along the way in her calm and welcoming voice while reassuring me I had nothing to worry about. I put my whole heart and faith into Dr. Klenoff. Sadly On my first embryo transfer I was left heartbroken when the results came back it failed but Dr. Klenoff reached out to me personally when she heard I was changing my plans after my failed transfer, She told me she completely understood my feelings, but had asked me not to give up or change anything just yet to allow a second chance for another transfer, and with her caring ways I trusted her with everything I had and I allowed a second transfer to be done and because of her I am now seven weeks pregnant she has gave me the biggest gift of a lifetime she had made me a mother for the very first time and gave me a dream come true , Dr. Klenoff is truly a blessing and an angel in disguise. I don’t know how I would ever repay her for being that shoulder to lean on along the way and being a miracle maker. Everything she has guided me on along the way, had worked even when it seemed like a lot of steps to take, but let me tell you in the end, it was all worth it! I am also grateful to all the nurses, the lab workers and well the entire staff for that matter for always being so friendly and kind, understanding and willing to help guide you along the way when needed I can’t thank each and everyone of you enough for everything you have done for me you all are miracle makers in every step of the way and I look forward to working with each and everyone of you again in the future. Thank you again for everything but mostly thank you for helping me become a mother"

"LOVE THIS CLINIC! I had the best experience a patient can have at this clinic, I had the pleasure of dealing with Julie (receptionist) and Marissa my amazing US tech. They both are so welcoming, always made sure I got an appt and always made sure I was comfortable with every appointment. They were literally my cheerleaders and I could not be more pleased with them. This clinic is professional, clean and always welcoming. The deserve all the praise and raise!
