"Trying to switch clinics because of how awful this practice is and they won’t send my records to my new place. Oh this has been going on since OCTOBER btw. Do not go here. It’s the biggest headache you’ll experience. Update : Their staff was completely unhelpful, transferred my phone call to a completely different department when I was supposed to be transferred to the supervisor, upon calling back the supervisor “wasn’t in office” anymore (note this was 5min later) and now they’re not calling me back. Still going on 01/03. AVOID AVOID AVOID"
"They take way too long calling for any results. It’s been now a week and I am still Waiting. I need medication prescribed and I had to call after five days bc dr didn’t call it in. Every time I go I have to remind dr my previous symptoms so they don’t even look at your history. I was even asked if I was new there when I been there several times. Looking for new dr at this point."

They make me feel as if I have nothing to worry about when I call I know my doctor will receive my message and respond appropriately."

Hope your day gets better and you stop being passive aggressive to your clients. Yikes.. Even hung up on my when I was trying to ask a question. The front desk ladies are super helpful if you ever have questions, they will make sure to find you the answers! I am a patient of Lisa Smith and absolutely love her.
