"I can't say enough great things about the doctors and staff who work in the Saint Charles office. However, the billing department is an absolute nightmare and a disorganized mess. I had a procedure done at the office in January. When the bill arrived, I used one of their payment plans to break up the cost of the procedure. Once I finished paying off the plan, my online portal said my balance was $0, and I haven't received any bills or letters telling me there was an outstanding balance. A few days ago, I received a bill in the mail, letting me know I owe them money for a procedure that took place TEN months ago. When I mentioned that I had paid for the procedure with a payment plan, they told me there was a "glitch in the system" and my payments weren't subtracted correctly. When I explained to the representative that my account had been showing no balance for the past eight months, she told me, "You would have known the statements and the account were incorrect if you kept track of your bills and compared them to the ones you received from your insurance company." While I do understand that errors can happen, I can't wrap my head around gaslighting your patient and making them feel that it is their fault for your billing system "glitching.""

"No where on the paperwork does it state. For a procedure to be done at the clinic. It has to be at a certain range. On the day of consultation was told by one person one thing. Get a call by another, and it's different story. Rely on BMI to determine things."
