"I came here by referral of pD. To see Dr. walzack. They did an x rays and ordered and MRI . Cause I’ve been suffering from glute and hip leg pain for over a year. After failing treatment on a pain clinic the doctor suggested me to see an orthopedic. So the dr . Here didn’t even do a physical examination, manipulation, He didn’t even came to see me until I requested to see him , and he gave me like 30 seconds of his valuable time, He also told me he doesn’t treat piriformis syndrome . Then why the hell ? I got sent here .. nobody even call me to let me know about the mri results till I called and ask ! don’t come here! Go somewhere else try to find a doctor who’s willing to help you! Don’t waste your time ! And don’t loose the hope to heal with this useless place."
"Absolutely useless . By the end of my first visit I was ready to snap. Doesn't know a thing about nothing. Definatly doesn't care about anything. Complete waste of time. Just tries to burn up as many office visits as he can. Nothing but $ interest this alleged Dr. His Patients health sure don't. When i refused to see him again. He interjected his personal opinions long after I was finished with him. Stifling my progress.Like a plague. DR Bansal. I do not recommend. Hes just looking to bill for a many espensive tests that they can. Then offer nothing."
"Took my young daughter to Castle Orthopedics for a broken arm close to her elbow. Experience was incredible. From reception to nurses, X-ray, to Dr. Tueting, all were kind and helpful. In fact, it continuously felt that Dr. Tueting and his team went above and beyond to make sure my daughter received proper care and her arm would heal correctly. He even sought a second opinion from a colleague when on the fence about doing surgery or not. Ultimately we avoided surgery and all healed completely. Would go back in a heartbeat for future needs for my children or myself! And all of this only scratches the surface on how well my daughter was treated throughout this process. Thank you, Dr. Tueting and team!"
"Dr. Tuetering performed a Reverse Full Shoulder Replacement on September 26, 2023. Ninety-three days later I have returned to normal life activities. Being 74 yrs old Dr. T added years yo my life. Very professional. Thank you."
"Dr Thomas McGivney replaced 2 bulging disks in my neck that a month of aggressive physical therapy did nothing to improve. He laid out risks and options, answered all my questions, and didn't pressure me into anything. Because of my age, he recommended replacements rather than a cage, and explained why. It was exactly what I was hoping for. After the surgery, I woke up with ZERO arm numbness/pain!! (There was back pain, but that was expected and Dr M told me I'd have that bc your shoulders are held to the table during operation.) For comparison, the physical therapist I'd been going to 3x a week for a month had painted all surgical options as something out of Silent Hill. When I asked PT if there was another route to take bc I'd had 0 improvement, they pulled me into a back office, googled "neck surgery" and showed me cages and contraptions that looked horrifyingly complicated(they'll get their own review, of course), then said spine surgery hasn't really advanced in 30 years. What I needed, according to them, was to spend the next 3 months going to them 3x a week, and they couldn't guarantee full improvement. I'd likely have to come back weekly, indefinitely. It was at that point I took it upon myself to look for an alternate option, bc their treatment plan was coo-coo bananas, and came across as though they just wanted my money. I left in tears worrying I was stuck with a lifetime of pain and PT appointments that take away 6 hrs of my life every week. The same day, when I got home, my boyfriend helped me look up Orthopedic surgeons near me, and I'm SO GLAD I found Dr McGivney. No one likes surgery, needles, per-surgery instructions, or hospitals, but here is my thought process: 2 weeks of annoyance/nervousness + a week of recovery to get my life back, vs a lifelong commitment to PT for a condition that affects my daily life with no guarantees of improvement? It was an easy choice. The people here complaining about the office staff/insurance issues are fine(tho my experience with all office staff was delightful)... but are completely missing the point. The men and women who DO the surgeries should be who is getting reviewed. If I'm having dental work done, I dont give a flip the receptionist is on her cell phone, as long as the dentist filling my cavity is making me comfortable and does great work. When looking at a life-benefitting procedure, please choose a Dr that you trust, and please do not write the entire office off based on 1 sour conversation with someone at the front desk. Speech over. I'm going to go outside and build a snowman bc NOW THAT MY ARM WORKS, I CAN DO THAT!!! THANK YOU, DR THOMAS MCGIVNEY!"
