"I was at Mercy Thursday for an appt. When leaving I fell while getting into my car, the staff was great in getting me back into a s wheel chair, and into a rescue squad transport. Found nothing at hospital, later I got out of my daughters car walked 60 ft to my front door, while standing on top of porch my legs gave out and I fell again, alls well today Friday the 18 th. Many thanks to the staff for taking excellent care of me..hugs!!!! Bob miller"

"The doctors are really good and respectful, however, the scheduling process you guys have sucks. Say my appointment is 2:00 i understand i SHOULD be there 15 minutes early but my appointment is still 2:00. I show up at 1:58 and have to reschedule because i wasnt there at 1:45. So now my son has to wait a whole week for another appointment because i was 2 minutes early? F you guys."

"I had a wonderful experience with this office today. I needed x-rays taken of my tailbone. In and out, no problems. The x-ray & front desk staff were friendly and great! I was a little scared to go with all the bad reviews I read, but I'm glad I took the chance because I loathe going to The New Northwestern/Old Centegra Hospital."
