"If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service from the office. Nothing but issues with this place. Repeatedly had to ask for them to switch my credit card after my flex spending was used up for the year. They still didnt. If youre dealing with suicidal ideation go elsewhere. Theyll stop seeing you over it. After we were told to not come back I received a 250 bill for all the visits they hadn't charged my credit card for. When I got them to charge my credit card they charged and extra 30. When I questioned it i was told that was my balance. I had to go through all my payments to prove them wrong. Then they refunded to overcharge to my flex spending account instead of the credit cards charged. Never even apologized. Own your mistakes instead of making me prove that you overcharged me."
