"New Year’s Eve Eve was the most crowded I’ve ever seen this place. I always find some little odd, delightful food item to take home."
"Fix in-store pickup and let your employees use common sense. While shopping in store my wife realized she had a 20% off promo to use but it came with the dreaded "on line order only" caveat. Of course they can't honor it in store. Fine, we'll leave, place the order and continue shopping elsewhere. This was 5pm. The order wasn't ready for p/u until the next day and had to be re-picked anyway since some of the items varied and the store uses discretion when pulling them. How is it a product use of anyone's time to make your customers jump through so many hoops. Why, in 2023, do we still treat online customers and in store customers like they're not the same people's? I would argue that this process doubled or tripled the amount of time we had to spend with employees to do simple, basic stuff. Here's my message to corporate... Let your employees use common sense."
