"I’ve called them multiple times, they even sent me a letter to write knowing I couldn’t write. Run it’s a scam!"
"Thresholds saved my life! Always able to connect to a support team member. They were able to locate Doctors to fill my medications and accompany to visits as support. The staff is uber effective and very well trained in mental health. This new building is always clean and well staffed. There doesn't seem any issue this community out reach team can't handle. God bless you guys for every day you are able to work. Highly recommend"
"This place is a joke and the punchline is hundreds of mistreated clients having their mental health worsened by people who should not legally be allowed to call themselves proffesionals."
"If you want to improve yourself and feel hopeful, this is not the place to go. They encourage you to "stay in the present", meaning take whatever menial job you are offered at lower pay than others, whether you have more advanced skills or not. When what is needed is a fine-tuned approach to an individual's particular needs, to help them feel hopeful and improve their chances in life, instead you get pushed into a temp agency situation for factory work, even if you have office skills that are useful. Your medical issues are not a secret in your place of employment either, and other employees are allowed to make references to your difficulties in their conversations with you, making you feel betrayed and hopeless. That's their business: Get you out the door and off their backs so they can go back to feeling comfortable. If you're not on disability seek elsewhere. They only know how to place part-time people."
"AMAZING. very reluctant to get help due to bad experiences in the past with doctors for mental health issues. This place saved my life - and im sure many others. Thank You guys for all you do. Case workers as well as Psychiatrists."
