"BUYERS BE AWARE. ZWILLING WARRANTY IS NON EXISTENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE AND NO HELP. My wife and I purchased almost our entire kitchenware from Zwilling. The salt mill that we purchased broke after using it second time. Filled out the warranty document and sent the product. This was 4 months ago. Every time I contact customer service, I am told the product will be shipped on Friday. I am disappointed with the customer service and warranty department. Nobody is helpful and bunch of fake excuses. Our case has been escalated to managers multiple times and no progress. If you are thinking about buying Zwilling I will suggest thinking twice. If your product needs warranty you won’t get it fixed or replaced. I would also like to add we registered everything we bought for easy warranty claims. I will also submit a claim in BBB as well."

"Sharpening used to be free for 2 knives and then an additional charge for any others. They said the person is not in today to have the knives sharpened, then I got a call 20 minutes later saying my knives were ready. Lady today was super rude when I showed my surprise at their now “1 inch is $1.” Disappointed by the change in policy as this was a great service and sad at her reaction saying I was wrong for their previous service. There was no talk of price when I dropped off the knives."

"I second on the rude lady. Price was clearly displayed with the discount for one of the several items we wanted to buy. She refused to honor the discount, saying “I didn’t work the weekend, somebody else must’ve moved the sign”. Didn’t buy anything and just left. Great products, but there are other places you can buy it and they can keep their attitude with their products at this store."

"Just shopped at the Zwilling store inside the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont. Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful assisting me picking out the knives that my husband was looking for. Great sale going on for Labor Day BOGO on all individual knives and many other sales inside. Will definitely be shopping her again."
