"Stay away from this Property Management They Blame Thing on u & don't understand that linium flooring that is old after heavy chemical use on it start to tear over time & that won't come clean. & Don't understand that animals will tear stuff up. She will also force u to replace outdated fuse boxes & charge u a fee for not letting pest control do there job mind u they only use pest control to be there snitches."

"My husband and I rented a 2 bedroom apartment/house, and we had 2 sets of upstairs neighbors that rotated often. There was a time we luckily weren’t home when a persons ex broke into the upstairs apartment. We had so many things go wrong at this apartment, when we received it, it wasn’t clean. We had To move sight unseen because we moved across country. This is an old house, so constant plumbing and wiring issues. During the winter we had urine icicles coming from upstairs. The wiring was crossed from another apartment. The bandaid fixes they did with the bathroom were laughable. We had to buy and replace fuses when power went out to certain plugs. Also the property manager SHOWED us the wrong box, so we replaced the neighbors. (Which we shouldn’t have had to change ourselves just for safety reasons) We also paid a pet deposit and pet rent. Which should cover normal wear and tare. But we aren’t going to receive ANY of our security deposit, from what I understand for the maintenance that was done when we just lived there. We kept all the lightbulbs and batteries and fuses changed in the house. I cleaned that apartment top to bottom, and left it better than we received it. We never missed a payment, never caused trouble. So do not rent from them. Oh and our letter explaining the charges “was sent in November” which we never received. Also the landlord/property manager almost always ignored me, and usually only responded to my husband. Do not rent from this place. You’ll get bogus charges with no returned security deposit. I was too trusting and didn’t take photos of how we left it. Upset is an understatement."

"When we ask for things to be fixed around the apartment, such as a pipe breaking under the sink or tiles falling off the walls. They blamed us and told us if we keep breaking their apartment they will evict us. They have been very unprofessional, laughing at us on the phone and hanging up on us. Really need to improve your professionalism and respect for clients."

"About siz months ago my wife and I were trying to rent a house that Blue Roan managed. While at the office in the lobby filling out the paperwork, another customer came in acting irrational and provocative toward me and my wife.i was forced to verbally defend my wife. Later that week we called to see if we were approved for the house and was told we were rejected because of the incident in the lobby..they didn't even consider the situation or our view of what happened.."
