"This company EPIC Group S.C. who works out of Morris Hospital is so Bad - my insurance company mailed a payment to them and thy sent it back & took me to court of lack of payment - how can this company stay running - why does Morris Hospital allow this - Im going to look for another Hospital who doesnt play games with my payment"
"Been trying to contact these people ALL DAY. The automated system hangs up on you when you confirm bill info. If you get ahold of someone, you cannot hear or understand them. If you try again, the line just goes silent. Tried to call the hospital and they keep saying that there is nothing they can do and they give me the number that they have on file which is different from the number on the bill. Call the number and it rings two times and then hangs up. I JUST WANT TO GET MY BILL STRAIGHTENED OUT!"
