"DO NOT GO HERE. After my primary care (Dr. Willis) was let go without notice by this organization, I had to see Mohammad Adnan Ul Haq last-minute because I became super sick in March of this year. I scheduled an appointment and was told to call back in 4 days if I was not better and he would call in antibiotics for me to the local pharmacy. I called back 4 days later, spoke to the nurse and told her that I needed him to call in the meds for me. She said he wanted to talk to me and would call me back. He called me back and I told him same thing I told the nurse and he said he would put the order in for me. Fast forward a month later, and I receive a bill for a $243 charge for a 30-39 minute tele-health appointment with the doctor. I did not schedule this, nor did I spend more than 2 minutes on the phone telling him I needed the meds ordered (I know because I have not deleted my call history and you can see the incoming call from the location was literally less than 2 mins). I called the Ascension billing team and stated I would not be paying this because this was not an appointment and stated how unhappy I was for being billed fraudulently. I also requested this be investigated. Dr Willis would NEVER have done this. In fact, she would have just sent me a message on the portal stating that she ordered the scrip for me. I will no longer be using this health organization because it is clear it has now become a business and not a healthcare facility that cares about patients. My previous primary care doctor at this location was perfect and we were told after the fact that she was no longer there in early February of this year. We weren't given a heads up or anything. She is also still listed (6 months later) as being able to make an appointment with her on Ascension's website."

"My wife and I are in our mid-sixties and have been to a lot of doctors offices. Doctor Haq and his staff, Tricia, Sue and Lynn are superior in all respects! Not only is the doctor the best we have ever seen, but his staff is extremely qualified, and also totally organized."

"Would highly recommend not wasting your time with this place. Should have been a red flag that the number they call you from to confirm your appointment goes to another facility, who doesn’t even know of this one. Extremely difficult to even find a correct phone number for this place to reach them. They ask you bring a packet to your first appointment, but fail to actually send you that packet and it’s nowhere on the website either. Secondly, Dr Zinna does not listen to what you try to tell her about your personal situation and she is not interested whatsoever in customizing the care plan to the individual patient. Don’t waste your time and money here."
