"Dr. Natalie is as good as it gets. She takes the time to sit and talk with you and answer any questions you have. My newborn is struggling with bad reflux which has been overwhelming and draining. She sat with me in the visit, heard me and we formulated a plan. She is so compassionate and empathetic. Not only is she an extraordinary doctor, you can tell she’s an extraordinary mom!"
"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to your office. Despite my efforts to address a billing issue regarding my daughter, I encountered a series of unprofessional and unsatisfactory interactions, primarily with your front desk person, Jennifer. I initially called ahead to inquire about a balance issue, but no one answered. Subsequent messages were left unanswered. Upon visiting the office, I found Jennifer at the front desk, seemingly disinterested and engrossed in her phone. When I informed her about my unanswered calls, she nonchalantly offered excuses about being on lunch or with a patient, which is unacceptable for a front desk receptionist. Her tone throughout our conversation was sour and devoid of empathy, displaying a condescending attitude. Despite my genuine concern about my daughter's account and her upcoming 18-month checkup with Dr. Natalie, Jennifer offered no solutions, insisting I email the general billing address. Dr. Natalie, in contrast, exhibited genuine concern and reassured me that the billing department would contact me promptly if I emailed them. However, the experience took a turn for the worse when I attempted to address the matter in the lobby after Dr. Natalie left for the day. Despite it being only 4:24 pm with a closing time of 5 pm, Jennifer interrupted my attempt to write an email, insisting on closing and cleaning. When I requested a mere 10 more minutes, she displayed a complete lack of professionalism, zero empathy, and seemed eager to usher me out as soon as Dr. Natalie left the building. I conveyed my frustration, indicating that such behavior was unacceptable and that I would not bring my children to your office again. Jennifer responded dismissively, claiming to have had a delightful attitude, while repeatedly talking over me with a rehearsed "okay bye" and "have a good day." This experience has left me questioning Jennifer's suitability for her role and the overall professionalism of your office. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially when dealing with concerned parents. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to ensure a more positive experience for future patients."
"We are another family that has recently been kicked out of this practice. We were with them since 2017 and we’re always pleased with Dr. Natalie and the nurse practitioners in the office. It was about an hour drive for us to get there so going was a commitment and we were willing to do so, but this year we had a snafu with our insurance, and when we didn’t get things straightened out fast enough, our entire family was dropped from their care. Essentially kicked out of the office. We were told that this was their “policy“. I think Dr. Natalie is probably a good person but this is her practice and ultimately she can’t hide behind a policy. She approves these kind of actions at the end of the day. So for all of you leaving positive reviews, which I probably have an old one on here somewhere, realize that you could be where we are before you know it if anything goes sideways with your insurance coverage. The good news is when we explained to our children what happened, they basically said if that’s how Dr. Natalie and her office feels about us then we don’t need to be a part of that office."
"I love this office and we have been going here for many years. Dr. Natalie is amazing with my son. I can tell my son the same exact thing that Dr. Natalie says 100 times, but when she says it, he listens. She really communicates well with kids. My son is rarely sick, but when he is, the office always gets him in that day."
"Beware if you change insurance. First, Dr Natalie is fantastic (she gets 5 stars). The 1 star rating is for the office/billing staff. After going to Whole Child for several years, I changed jobs/insurance. Ahead of our yearly well checks, I contacted Whole Child to update my insurance. Some recent emails lead me to suspect that they no longer accepted my new insurance. Which was fine, I was happy to pay out of pocket to see Dr. Natalie. My new info was passed along to the Billing team. I then got a cold email from Billing that my insurance is not accepted, they are not accepting “new” patients (been going there for years), and my kid’s appointments had been cancelled. That’s it. No conversation, no discussion. Just kicked to the curb. Appeals (both phone and email) were fruitless with no response. Whole Child’s actions caused a stressful situation for our family. A couple of months before state mandated physicals were due, we were forced to try and find a new doctor (who aligned with our approach to health), who was accepting new patients, and we could get an appointment during the busiest time of the year. It was completely unnecessary in my opinion since I was happy to pay cash to continue seeing Dr. Natalie."
