"I don't normally do reviews but really felt I needed to share. My family and I have been patients with Dr.Grant for over 14yrs. She is an amazing Dr. I have a lot of medical issues and I see her a lot. I was real sick and Dr. Grant was booked for a few days but they said I could see Brandy Coleman the nurse practitioner. I said it's fine since she wold have access to my chart. I'm waiting in the room and her a knock and then my name but it's next door. I say wow to myself that someone next to me has same name. I then hear my bad wrong room. She then comes into my room laughing so hard saying I just went in the wrong room. I just say wow to myself. She then plops herself on the chair like she fell and says what are you here for. No introduction. I've never seen her. I explain my sinuses are bad etc. She says I need an antibiotic. What kind did I want. She doesn't look at me at all. I said well the Dr. usually does that. She is looking at my chart and I tell her I just had sinus surgery and it didn't help at all. She says yes I see that a yr ago. I said no that was in Aug 4 months ago. She laughs and says yes sorry your Hysterectomy was a yr ago. I then say no again that was in 2019. She laughs again. I said anyways I need a Dr note for work. She said ok how many days do you need off. I say usually the Dr tells me that. I already have anxiety and she made it so uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and no bed side manner. I would not see again."
"Brandy Coleman nurse practitioner lacks in every aspect one would want and need in a healthcare provider. I have been a patient at this office for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly both clinically and professionally. Brandy was rude and showed little concern regarding my illness. Brandy charted that I had no wheezing when everyone could hear me wheezing without a stethoscope as stated by many prior to even seeing Brandy. I called back requesting cough medicine because over the counter cough medicine was not helping me. I was told Brandy stated I needed to wait to speak with my primary physician at the office (my primary was not in the office) or go to the ER or urgent care when I had already been seen by her. I stared to the nurse that none of those options were appropriate given I was just seen by Brandy. I explained I should not have to pay a co pay for an ER visit or urgent care for cough medicine. The nurse put me on hold and spoke with Brandy again who restated those were my options. I am a nurse and advocate for my patients as we were taught in nursing school. Brandy not only refused to advocate for me but was literally a road block. I see another patient had a very similar interaction with Brandy recently. This is not the kind of provider that should be in this office or any other facility given her lack of clinical competency, professionalism, and empathy. I will never see Brandy again and will advise my family and friends who are patients at this office to never see her also. I have never left a poor review for this office which speaks to the gravity of poor treatment I received at the hands of Brandy. Edward Medical please try to do better when seeking new providers for your facility."
"Speaking on the behalf of my friend, she was seen by Brandy Coleman. She was very dismissive, rude, & had an attitude, and told her she did not have time & “was not scheduled to learn her chart.” Made multiple rude remarks about her eye’s & appearance. My friend wanted to get a CBC because of the symptoms she is having & was told she didn’t have time for that either. Was questioned multiple unrelated things she originally c/o or even made the appointment for to begin with."
"The doctors and receptionists are all very welcoming and lovely, but on 3 separate occasions I’ve had an awful experience with the nurse that they have working. She’s VERY disrespectful and unprofessional. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe she was having a bad day, but the second time was way worse. She should NOT be working with patients if she is not a kind person!!☹️☹️ I also reached out to the facility for an email to address the situation but never received any information."
"Both my girls see Dr. Sutkus and we absolutely adore her! Today my oldest daughter had to do blood work their phlebotomist was absolutely amazing with her, she was so panicked and upset, they helped keep her calm, offered numbing to help, and gave her juice and food after her appointment, and helped calm her nerves. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and how thankful I was for everyone being so kind and amazing with her !!"
