"They NEVER answer phones and when they do they put you on hold for a LONG time. I have called while inside and they are doing NOTHING and still don’t answer phones. Good doctors but HORRIBLE nurses and assistance. They have attitudes they need to get off their high horse and DO THEIR JOBS."

"Ghaly is such a bad doctor. His title of “Dr” should be stripped. This man is living off an award he received decades ago. I came in with back pain and left with a huge bill… all I got in return was “advise” I don’t need advise from a man that pushes for surgery and complains about doing research. “ I should be charging your for all this research but I won’t because you are in pain” which type of dog says that? Worthless man is living off money he’s stealing from patient seeking for help. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else!"

"I would actually rate them no stars, but I had to put something to make the post. The worst customer service ever. One of the receptionist has an eye problem, continues to rolls her eyes at patients. Even when corrected she does not apologize for her behavior. The doctor never returns any phone calls, plus they want you to make an appointment for every little thing, just to have you pay another copay. I highly recommend NOT GOING TO AURORA MEDICAL CLINIC. WORST SERVICE EVER!"

"a Worst experience ever. I came in because I'm suffering from very bad depression. I needed a PCP and also to get some medicine for this depression got worse. I was told over the phone I came to the correct place. I took off of work. Drove 40 miles to get here. Only to be told to basically screw off. What a shame. Depression is no joke. Nobody should have to feel even worse after seeing a doctor for depression medication."
