"This office is a joke. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication I have in this office. I have not heard back from the doctor for months now, this doc is so quick to prescribe medication and has not once follow up and see how the patient is doing. Every time I try to call or email I do not get a response. I finally got a response 2 months later via email, not even a call. Extremely disappointed and upsetting! Then they try to make appointments and don’t even follow up. I have emails to prove it on how long it takes for them to write back. And I don’t even get an apology.I wish I can do 0 stars because the 1 star they do not deserve. Meraj doesn’t even accommodate anything and schedules stuff and doesn’t even ask us if the date or times even work! Again, the doctor also doesn’t even call to check in. We will not be referring anyone to this office and will have to take our business elsewhere to a doctor who actually follows up and is concern and truly wants to help and not just try to get paid!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Fatima Hadi for several years and she has by far been the best psychiatrist I've worked with. Her understanding and expertise, especially as it pertains to proper application and dosage of medication is exceptional. If you suffer from the requirement to change medications to find out what works (which tends to need to be the case a lot of time), I have full confidence Dr. Hadi is capable of determining the proper treatment, prescription dosages, and adjustments to it all to ensure the suffering/discomfort is minimal and the overall treatment is appropriate/effective. If that wasn't enough, she has always been extremely calm and pleasant to work with at every session, very understanding and always willing to accommodate last minute requests. While you may experience some waiting time (which has actually gotten way better), and there may be occasional issues with their scheduling system, which is really not often at all (and is ALWAYS addressed quickly and politely by the clinic staff to resolve the situation). It is absolutely worth attending the Cafal clinic, even if you ever needed to wait a little longer for an appointment, etc. The fact that it happens is understandable for many reasons, but one great reason to notice is that Dr. Hadi doesn't cut corners or provide anything less than complete and appropriate treatment, even if it means that she needs to spend a little more time with a patient or resolve an error to make sure things get done right. Probably should have wrote something a long time ago, but never thought too, sorry for the delay Dr. Hadi (and Cafal Clinic staff)!"
