Reviews
"Friendly but always change availability hours of when you can get allergy shots, which is annoying. Being open on only Saturday and Tuesday to get the shots is kinda ridiculous."
"Highly Unprofessional. It takes effort to achieve the level of inefficiency this practice operates in. The staff present are unhelpful for any request besides scheduling another visit. Save your time and go to elsewhere!"
"Friendly, but not competent. They still use paper files so when they are in their other office, they can't access your records or make notes. The letter that was sent to my referring doctor took 3 months, and was not even accurate. Nothing showed up for me until the 3rd round of tests, and most of those showed up the following day. I called and they said they would add the info to my file the next day when they were back in that office. The report I received indicated I had reactions on 2nd round and no mention of the things that showed up the following day, that I had called about. the PA (never even met the Dr.) instantly jumped to "you need shots" when it was a mild reaction and they were unable to actually pinpoint what I was allergic to to because my stupid insurance would pay for detailed testing. They only knew it was "trees" "molds" and dust mites. If it's mild and you don't know the specific allergen I don't want shots. No other options were given. I now have new insurance and am looking for a new allergist."
"My son had frecuent out brakes no one could tell me why , general Doctor or pediatric . at this clinic they find out at our second visit and start the treatment the following week!"
"Very friendly staff and usually a short wait for shots."
