"Place is a joke. Called to see if they would take me before close they said as long as I got there before 7pm they would take me got there ten minutes before 7 and they decided they were done taking new patients. Drove all the way there for nothing."

"I went here to get treated. No receptionist, had to sign in on computer because of a 2 hour lunch break. I had called ahead and they said I would get right in. I waited an hour before I just left and went somewhere else without treatment. Go somewhere else. Very unprofessional."

"My daughter was there this morning with extreme abdominal pain and was told there was a long wait . She decided to try another urgent care but could not drive due to the intense pain. I called the front desk to see if they could help and a nurse walked out to my daughters car and helped her back inside . The physician examined her and decided she needed to have an ambulance take her to the hospital. She received exceptional service and everyone was kind. Thank you!!"

"Tried to take my 1 year old son to get checked out after being sick for 2 weeks. Went in and there was no one at the front desk, just a check in kiosk. The person in front of me tried to check in and was unsuccessful. I tried to check my son in and the screen said it was "too soon for him to be seen". After speaking with other people in the waiting room, they all had similar issues and had to forge symptoms just to check in and be seen. They had been waiting for over 45 minutes and no one had been out from the back calling patients to be seen. After being there for 10 minutes and still not seeing a single staff member, I chose to leave and go to a different clinic. I will not be returning to this clinic."

"I took my 4 year old in for RSV-like symptoms. We walked in and there was nobody in the waiting room, not a single person. I was unable to check in using their kiosk, because we had never been there before. Someone, I assume a nurse or a tech, stuck their head out and said it would be an hour wait. She said it like she thought that would persuade me to leave. I think my daughter has RSV, so obviously I’m not leaving. An hour wait isn’t even that long for an urgent care. When she eventually came out to get my registration information, she seemed pained that she had to even interact with me. I had better places to be on a Sunday too, but stuff happens. After being there an hour, a few more people came in and it was written all over her face, she wasn’t trying to deal with sick people today. But that’s unfortunate, because that’s literally your job. We eventually saw the PA, Wendy, and she was WONDERFUL. I wish I could give Wendy 5 stars and give the other employee 1 star, so I met in the middle and gave 3 stars. The last time my child was this sick, we were in the emergency room for 7 hours, but the staff there were so accommodating and pleasant, even though they were clearly over worked, understaffed, and exhausted. If I had to do this all over again, I think I’d just go camp out in the emergency room rather than returning to this urgent care."
