"I’m leaving a 1 star review for the OFFICE NOT the Doctor. Dr Camras was my pediatrician for my daughter for the past two years. He is an amazing doctor and I loved how he cared for my daughter. I never had an issue with his service but on the other hand his OFFICE is TERRIBLE. I considered many times changing drs solely because of the office staff. I loved the DR so much though that I had not. The front desk lady’s were always rude and unwelcoming. I used to get appointment call reminders, and scheduling necessary appointment reminders, then that stopped completely. I had a loss of insurance, so my daughter had a change of insurance and was placed on her father’s insurance. They NEVER not ONCE told me about a copay. I think 2-3 times we seen them and they never asked me to pay a copay or told me there was one. I knew when I received 1 bill in the mail that I had missed a copay or two. I’ve been going through personal problems and had moved along with becoming pregnant again.. so I forgot about the bill but had NEVER received a second or FINAL notice in the mail. A couple months ago I had her father call the office for a non emergency appointment, they told him we had a past due bill that needed to be paid before she could be seen so we had taken her to a quick clinic to resolve the issue. He was supposed to call back and ask the total amount but between my high risk pregnancy and other personal issues we hadn’t gotten around to it. They never gave me a call or warning about the bill resulting in her being discharged from her dr services. I just gave birth a couple days ago & had my sons information all sent to the dr unaware that he wouldn’t even be able to be seen there. I had my fiancé call to pay the past due copay and schedule the newborn appointment for my son, & my daughters upcoming yearly appointment, only to be told that we could no longer attend the Dr because the terminated her from services and sent us to collections. We were completely unaware of this. They tried saying they sent me notices in the mail but I have never received any notices other than the first initial bill. We had all our information updated and I still have a forwarding address on our old address. They had all the information and yet I never received the “multiple notices” that they are trying to say were sent out. No phone calls nothing. I wish the Dr had a better office staff because it’s a shame such a good doctor has the worst office service I’ve ever received. Now I have to try to find a good doctor for my new born son and my daughter."

"Went to our first appointment today everyone here is very kind and understanding. I can already tell how wonderful, smart, and attentive Dr.Camras is. He took his time examining my daughter and getting to know us. The Nurse was very Gentle when administering shots, she didn’t even cry this time. Love this place!"

"Amazing place in the world. I am now 23 years old. I had dr hao when he was here then retired. And i had dr cameras. And now i have a 2 1/2 yr old son and he sees him now. They are so nice and friendly an always squeezes me in if i need an appt."

"I switched to dr L.Camras couple months ago , because my friend recommended him and I'm really happy of my choice. Before , I was at another pediatric in Chicago with my baby and wasn't happy at all. And I will tell you the difference between them. 1. Here if you make an appointment you can wait around 15min, but there if you are lucky you wait at least 2-3hrs. 2. At Dr Camras, if you call and ask for appointment they can give you one for the next day, but at the other ped you had to wait at least 2 weeks so she can check your baby. 3. Dr Camras is very responsible, he is everytime at his job, never missing. But the other ped which I had, you had to wait at least 2 weeks for appointment and the receptionist could call you in the day of the app telling that the ped is missing or is sick. And you have to wait another 2 weeks for another app( and this happens most of the time) 4. The receptionists are very nice, I had couple issues when switching the pediatrics and the ladies helped me solving everything. 5. Dr Camras spends the time you need with you and your baby, checking him, from head to toe. (Head, eyes, nose, ears, body etc) Not like the other pediatric which I had. In good days she could spend 5 min checking the baby. I definitely recommend him!"
